Opyrus is a productivity app for professional and aspiring writers, built to help them keep a daily writing practice.
The challenge was to translate traditional paper-based writing exercises into a digital format without losing their simplicity. We designed the app for iOS and Android, from the daily exercise flow to the screens where writers review their progress.
Our focus was usability: the app had to feel as quick to pick up as a notebook, so each session opens straight into writing and the digital tools stay one step behind the page.
